Pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code, the customer has the right to withdraw from the order.
To withdraw from the purchase, you must communicate this intention no later than 14 days from receipt of the purchased products.
The communication can be made via: (at the customer's choice) E-mail, Ticket (which you will find in your account on www.homeideashop.it), or Registered mail to be sent to the following address: Home Idea Italia S.r.l. – Viale Marcello Chiatante no. 60 – Zona Industriale – 73100 Lecce (Le) indicating the order number and the product or products you wish to return.
Our customer service will reply via e-mail authorizing the return of the goods.
Together with the sending of the communication, the customer is required to send by courier and at his expense, within 14 days, the goods as received, i.e. absolutely new, arranging them in suitable packaging in order to guarantee their integrity during transport.
Failure to comply with these principles renders the right of withdrawal inapplicable.
Within 14 days of receipt of the communication and of the goods, Home Idea Italia will carry out the credit transfer for the exact amount that the customer has paid for the purchase of the goods ordered on the bank details communicated to us by the customer.
The only expense that the customer must bear therefore, in order to exercise the right of withdrawal, are the transport costs of the courier for sending the goods to our office.
The goods travel at the customer's risk. Therefore, in case of loss of the package, object of the withdrawal, Home Idea Italia will not be obliged to refund.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to orders for customized or personalized products for the customer.
