Features: CASETTA L.E. (cheap sheds), are created with second choice beads / staves with the following characteristics: cracks (both small and medium), bluing, more evident and numerous resin pockets, large and even fallen knots (to be filled by the customer) , upper and lower 32x23 mm wall frame (instead of the traditional 32x32 mm of the standard line), galvanized deadbolt without padlock holder and 10 cm strips (or biscuit hinges according to availability)

The characteristics indicated above (knots, cracks, resin pockets, holes, different coloring of the beads ...) may be present in greater or lesser quantities depending on the wood and the quantity of beads discarded from first choice industrial production, for this reason reason we invite customers to consider the photos only as an indication as they can NOT be the subject of dispute.

 ROOF COVERING: (Waterproofing): (optional) Slated sheath of 4 kg per square meter (choice of color: Red or Green) + flat head nails for fixing.

 ASSEMBLY: Very easy to assemble thanks to the pre-assembled panels and an assembly board where you can see each step step by step.

TREATMENT OF TIMBER:

Our houses are made of natural wood, we recommend treating each component of the house entirely before assembly.
Recommended quantity of color for this house is: 5 Liters We recommend the purchase of the Home Idea Color impregnating agent as it is specially designed for our wood.

WINDOWS: It is NOT possible to install windows on this model, the customer can independently purchase one of our standard windows, make the hole in a panel and apply it to the house. (in the part below you will find in accessories Windows for house)
