INSTALLATION ON BASE:

VERSION WITHOUT FLOOR: In the standard version (without floor) measuring strips are supplied. 3.2 x 5.0 cm to be fixed to the floor on a rigid level base, screws and concrete anchors are included.

FLOOR VERSION: (Available with extra charge) Our floors are created with loose 20mm beads to be nailed

ROOF CLADDING: (Waterproofing): (optional) Slate sheath of 4 kg per m2 (colour to choose from: Red or Green) + flat-head nails for fixing, or you can choose the Canadian tile (colour to choose from: Red or Green) in addition, the kit also includes the vapor barrier membrane to be placed between the wooden roof and the bituminous tile and the nails for the Canadian tile.

Very easy to assemble thanks to the pre-assembled panels and an assembly sheet where you can see each phase step by step.

TIMBER TREATMENT:

Our houses are made of natural wood, we recommend treating each component of the house entirely before assembly.
Recommended quantity of color for this house is: 10 Liters. We recommend purchasing the Home Idea Color stain as it is specifically designed for our wood.
